Works collaboratively with Acquisitions on potential investments to develop strategy, scope, and budgets. Leads a team of development managers, analysts, and associates to ensure successful executions on all assets.

Leading the Development & Construction of Spaulding and Slye Investments.

Leading the construction and development of over 300 Million in assets in the UIP portfolio. Including the Kiley, a 315 unit new construction multi-family building. The Kiley consists of nine above grade stories of class A apartments and amenities, as well as two below grade parking decks. Other projects include a 100 unit, adaptative reuse office - to multi conversion. As well as a 146-unit mixed use PUD. Additional responsibilities include due diligence, entitlement, underwriting, finance, design, bid, and construction of numerous multi-family projects in and near the District of Columbia.

• Direct, manage, and plan all pre-construction, construction, lease up, and sales. • Evaluate, hire, and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.• Oversee design, value engineering, and conduct bid process.• Assess, negotiate, and obtain financing to include affordable LIHTC funded projects. • Develop and prepare budgets and proformas for complex multi-million dollar projects.• Implement design and construction standards, maintain and oversee budgets.

• Consistently exceeded annual sales goals on new custom homes and large scale renovations ranging from $10M to $250,000. • Led and advised clients and partners on the acquisition of both raw and finished construction sites • Supervised engineers, architects, and project managers with a focus on quality assurance for clients, setting project timelines, adherence to project budgets, and county codes.• Consolidated 15 acre parcel in Fairfax County for a single family custom estate. Led the construction of the manor home, stable, pool house, guest and service quarters, delivering the project on time and under budget.

• Worked on-site daily and successfully managed the completion of custom homes and renovations, ranging in price from $2M to $250,000.• Managed and scheduled 50+ sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring projects remained on time and on or under budget.• Obtained permits, worked with inspectors from Fairfax, Loudoun, and Washington, D.C.
