Being a university student during the pandemic has made it quite difficult to find permanent part time or full time work. However, the jobs I have had, taught me some great skills. I have always had great “people skills” and “good communication” but these jobs have polished those skills off. Working in customer service has helped me create some long lasting relationships with not only coworkers, but also customers. For my entire first year of university, it was all online which helped me learn much more about technology as a whole. I am confident in many types of software and programs. For example, I am confident in Word, spreadsheets and power-points. Once I graduate with my Bachelors, I plan on continuing into law school
