Cooperate with operators, electricians, maintenance personnel, and vendors to be certain everyone is in agreement with fit and function of the new equipment being purchased. • Designed many new pieces of equipment and then collaborated with local machine shops to have them manufactured. • Spearheaded the development of a program that creates jacketing process setups automatically. By uniting Information Systems, Engineering Design, and Process Engineering we were able to eliminate incorrect process setups. • Envisioned a computerized query system for the production environment. Under my direction, Information Systems designed a complete process database program to be used on the plant floor.
