(Legacy: Countrywide Home Loans) Manage the Design & Construction rollout of legacy Countrywide’s Financial Centers. Plan and Design Financial Center Floorplans. Acquire corporate approvals. Execute bid process and establish construction contracts. Determine timelines and team coordination. Team Coordination includes: Architects, Contractors, Leasing, Procurement, Program Management, Telecom, and Network Connectivity Partners. Deliver completed project to Operations and oversee the punch list. Finalize all payables through requisitions and purchase orders. Managed the design and construction store rollout process, as well as managed the execution of corporate alliance programs such as FedEx and Kodak. Managed a total of 135 projects a year. The managed phases include site surveys, budgeting, design development, timelines, corporate approvals, architectural and consultant coordination, construction documentation, signage, governmental approvals, and construction administration.
