As a Retail Stock Clerk, I start my night unloading product from the truck. After it is all unloaded, I will start organizing the product and placing it in its proper areas. Once all product is on the aisles, it is time to start stocking the shelves. Stocking the shelves and properly conditioning it so the shelves will look presentable for the customer. When the night has ended its time to clean up and make sure the store is ready for open.

Customer service is a very important factor in my job. As a Sales Consultant my duties are to ensure customer satisfaction, whether that is through helping them find what they came into the store for or helping a customer order something online. As well as customer service, my duty is to make sure the store is presentable. I help with stocking and recovering the shelves to make it easier for the customer to find what they need.

As a Personal Shopper, I had only three things I was responsible for. Gathering up the items for orders, Organizing those orders, and delivering the orders to customers who came to pick them up at the curbside pick-up. However, even though this seems easy, time was also a factor. Each order was needed to be picked out and organized in advance, which means we had a short time frame for each order.

As a Door Attendant, I didn't really have too many responsibilities. I accepted the donations that were brought to the store by people who were donating clothes, shoes, etc. Also, I had to organize the donations and separate them according to their specific category.
