Worked closely with the planning and sourcing teams to ensure inventory levels would support this long term.• Standardized facility metrics across company owned facilities inclusive of Receiving, Retail shipping, E-comm/Small package shipping, Inventory Accuracy, Quality, and Safety• Implemented cycle count program at 1MM sf facility with 45K locations and eliminated physical inventories for first time in company history with support from Internal/External auditors and Finance.• Implemented New E-comm/Small package fulfillment area at Memphis DC with over 2,000 LF of conveyor using Pick to Convey (ship as-is product), Batch Picking (high volume), and Pick & Pass (overpack required) pick methods. Tripled output per manhour from 5 to 15 pks/hr. Shipped record 1.1MM pkgs in 2022 and 80,000 packages during cyber week (Black Friday-Cyber Friday). Increased labor productivity by 300%• Responsible for execution of moving DC across town with 100,000 PL of inventory without affecting shipment performance.• Current projects working: convert US MDC to FTZ facility with $1MM annual savings, $2MM project on automated container unloading with 20% IRR on capital, & expansion of services from our Belgium facility to service custom requirements for customers in Morocco and South Africa.

Establish/Improve processes to synergize Purchasing, Inventory Management, Product Management, Vendor Management, and Compliance Management teams.
