~Responsible for the overall management of PRG's Global Consulting Division, including the HR & Talent Acquisition teams, supporting operations in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions, leading to consistent 8% organic growth year over year.~Support C-Suite and VP level clients building global strategies aimed at attracting top talent, determining project site selections and implementing recruiting strategies for DE&I high velocity hiring. ~Lead global teams responsible for delivering specialized, efficient, and scalable HR and Talent solutions across internal and external clients. ~Design and execute accelerated strategies within HR & Talent, responsible for year over year savings including, high impact online/offline recruiting campaigns, proactive mapping, leadership talent pipelining and implementation of technical solutions.~Partner with business stakeholders to re-define current and future operational needs while providing them with real-time market data, market talent insights and competitor analysis to optimize employee recruitment, retention, and growth.~Facilitate meetings with appropriate stakeholders, design & deliver presentations and dashboards, and organize communications strategies.
