Multifamily Asset ManagementManage half of the assets in a $4 billion, national multifamily portfolio comprised of over 50 properties with 14,000+ units in 14 states. (2012 – 2017)• Analyze and approve annual budgets and reforecasts, quarterly appraisals, and monthly operating statements for 31 individual properties in all regions of the U.S.• Advise property managers in the management of the day-to-day operations of individual properties.• Oversee the development of four multifamily properties. (2010 – 2012)• Created cases for review by German-based investment committees. Received approvals for all proposed transactions resulting in the acquisition/development of six properties totaling approximately $350.• Led the development of annual budgets and reforecasts for two funds with a combined gross value of over $500 million including fund level balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.• Designed ad hoc models in Excel for a variety of scenarios including future property acquisitions and future fund creation. Modified an existing financial model to create one that is now used nationwide by PREI to underwrite every apartment development project evaluated and/or executed.• Composed semi-annual property strategic plans on fifteen separate investments.

Collaborated internally and with clients to analyze markets, perform due diligence, and evaluate and select sites. Managed tenants, architects and other consultants throughout the design and construction phases of projects. Marketed sites, negotiated leases, and managed three leased properties.

Performed cost estimation and breakdown, construction scheduling, and contract writing for tenant fit-out projects in two of Shailendra Group's medical office buildings.Interacted daily with subcontractors and worked on jobsites as assistant superintendent.

Led trail rides and fed and cared for over 70 horses. Entertained as many as 50 guests at a time with fly fishing lessons and weekly cookouts. Other responsibilities included ranch maintenance and harvesting timber for new construction.
