• Prepare wholesale orders for pick-up/transit. • Provide advice/knowledge to wholesale/in-store customers on retail coffee.• Dial in and serve from a menu of 8-12 individual coffees for espresso, milk & v60 including rare and highly-scored varietals pricing from $7-$28 per cup. • Manage stock levels including weighing and labelling coffee for retail shelves. • Prepare/co-host/pack down cupping events. • QC cup roasts to detect variances/defects and determine flavour notes for retail sales.
