My primary role within the region is to assist all hotels deliver above market performance.This is achieved by providing strategic support, market intelligence and assisting hotels manipulate their market mix to deliver the best top line performance.My scope of responsibility covers 7,431 rooms across 41 hotels & resorts - making the role extremely diverse, covering all market segments.Other important facets of the role are to improve efficiencies, talent management, reporting and the flow of information to assist with decision making & business analysis.

In my role as Director of Revenue Management & Distribution, I manage a team of 6 including 3 Revenue Managers, each of which look after a group of Voyages Resorts. Additionally I have a Revenue Analyst, Revenue Coordinator & Airline Analyst. My role is to ensure our hotels distribution channels are maximised, with a goal to reducing cost of distribution & increasing yield. KPI's also include forecasting accuracy, increasing online distribution / conversion and maximising RevPAR.

As Revenue Analyst I was responsible for management reporting, analysis of competitor sets, rate parirty, inventory management for all of Voyages 20 hotels & resorts.
