- Managing client needs and being their first point of contact. - Preparing client Review documentation. - Stakeholder management – coordinating multiple stakeholders including the Centrelink, ASIC, fund managers, other financial institutions to accurately prepare client’s advice recommendations. - Preparing application forms and implementation of recommendations.- Maintaining the client’s information securely in Xplan.- Organisational and administrative support.- Brand development, website traffic growth, and social media marketing.- Personal development - ongoing training & support.

- Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly- Provide exceptional customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times- Provide assistance to all members of staff in other departmentsof the bank by liaising with them through healthy interactions- Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns in the bank tocreate an enlarged customer base- Involvement in performing financial related and marketingtransactions- Continuously update skills by participating in professionaltraining, attending courses as instructed by management and a willingness to contribute acquired knowledge to the development of the bank.
