The RoundTable Jams Podcast is an idea sparked by my short time in Ireland playing music. Upon arriving my band headed into a pub for a drink. We had already been up for close to 30 hours from the flight but wanted to meet some of the locals and satisfy our thirst for Guinness. We were dead tired and ready to call it a night when the house band asked us if we wanted to join. At first, we weren’t sure if we could keep our eyes open but didn’t want to turn down an opportunity to play with some top-notch musicians. We sat at the small round table that they had been sitting at playing some of the most beautiful music we had heard. They showed us some chords and taught us some songs. We were even asked to play some of our songs and they would join in. No longer were we ready for bed, but rather we were wide awake and eager to play some more. The bar shut down and a few of us stayed inside. All instruments were put away and the pub patrons began to sing to us. The entire pub was singing and it made no difference if you were good, bad, in key, or sober, they sang with passion and we were the audience. This feeling of community, of sharing, and the way the music brought us all together struck a chord (all the puns) with me. I wanted to continue that evening talking with the musicians and understanding their art. I wanted to play more music, and I certainly did not want to leave. Because I had to eventually leave, I kept thinking of how I could bring that feeling back with me. The RoundTable Jams Podcast is that outlet. A way to focus on musicians, the music industry, and community, it’s a homage to my experience and a passion to hear pure talent sit at a round table, converse, and of course, jam.

At Bajillion Agency my job is to help companies develop and maintain various systems and process to increase efficiency. As a consultant for systems I will look at current CRM usage and Project Management techniques that help ensure a client is running as smoothly as possible.

Worked with business coaches and clients to provide effective and strategic business systems. While working with ActionCOACH I learned the fundamentals of business strategy. We provided seminars and workshops as well as individual help to businesses that were looking to grow and excel.Many of our clients are industry leaders already who are taking their business to the next level.

The Empowered Practice is a dedicated dental organization that provides Mastermind events and coaching for high-end dentists. We have helped practices grow from one site to many more. Our mission is to develop effective solutions, marketing, sales, and systems to ensure opportunity and growth.

While at Payless I worked in communications and on the Big Data Management team. I also helped with systems and organized various cost-saving measures to help a small team handle large client requests. Also, I implemented software that helped with reports and proper maintenance on large production machines. In 2013 I was asked to help with a large charity campaign through Payless. I wrote, recorded, and performed a song and concert that helped raise a large amount of money for Children's Mercy Hospital.

I currently run a guitar instruction business, teaching students of all ages. I have had many years of teaching with several satisfied students. My goal is to not only get my students excited about music, but to be able to perform it to an audience. Music is an important art that not only improves social skills and self confidence, but stimulates and increases your intelligence.

While working for Ricoh my leadership and management abilities were called upon to help save us from losing a large client by working as a third party vendor. I was able to not only save us from losing the client but adding a 5-year contract.I won several awards with the company, but also learned a great deal about systems and processes. Some of which I was able to contribute to and hone my skills in that area. Looking at current systems and processes I was able to take a creative approach to making them more effective.

While at the UPS Store I was trained to put customer service first. It's the first place that I learned to go above and beyond helping customers with medium to large administration jobs. I helped foster in a clean and organized environment.
