In an effort to build a trusting relationship it not only takes talent but personal commitment to make it work. Over the course of my experience working in the IT field both as an employee and a manager I feel this lesson is the one that comes up the most. I have worked extensively on the front lines of IT helping users with their various problems, teaching them how to fish and become more confident in the computer systems they are using.
