Designed, deployed and managed an licensed/unlicensed wireless network that has over 60 towers including 290 sectors and 66 backhaul links.Performed detailed discovery for new tower sites within the network, defined project scope of work and implementation plans to meet the network's needs. Developed plans for expansion into new areas, identifying and procuring tower sites as well as engaging with contractors to build sites from the ground up.

Provided work direction in the construction, installation, operation, maintenance of all wireless customer premise equipment. Enforced company safety policies.Lead staff to complete assigned duties, which included scheduling work, making work assignments, managing performance and recommending personnel actions. Managed work schedules, monitored overtime, approved timesheets and trained employees.

Installed equipment for new customers. Served existing customers with service calls at customers' residences. Worked with customers by identifying solutions for problems as well as educating customers on WIFI and WIFI solutions for each individual home.
