Supervised the maintenance of over ($10,000,000) of vehicles, equipment, and supplies and brought the readiness of (16) vehicles from (70%) to (90%) in (45) days.Planned and implemented a pre-deployment training program to include (3) combat marksmanship ranges, (3) crew-served weapons ranges, (1) hand grenade range for (28) personnel with (0) recordable injuries.Planned and implemented (6) dismounted and mounted route clearance training exercises, an obstacle breaching assault course, and a casualty evacuation training for (28) personnel with (0) recordable injuries.
