Ownership and day to day management of an SME company operating in the nationwide movement of high value freight. Primary role supporting the business as a going concern, comply with regulatory and statutory requirements for transport services, establish and maintain a sustainable client / supplier network and maintain the underlying administration.

Post-acquisition of LeasePlan by TDR Capital, and the subsequent global restructure, I took on a newly created role that had oversight of purchasing, insurance, asset remarketing, telematics and the underlying supplier streams and their subsequent teams.

Regulated by the Dutch Central Bank and the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets. My role managed 8 staff and included the delivery of ERM at a local and group level, including economic capital, solvency II, AIRB reporting, quality management program and running risk governance committees and reporting and internal/external audit.• Operational Risk Management – implementing the ORM framework• Asset Risk Management - including developing and implementing residual value and repairs, maintenance, tyres, fuel, registration and road-user charges pricing methodologies, regression models, statistical analysis and development of local SAS models, along with associated governance reporting.• Compliance - review of NZ/AUS/EU legislation, policy development and operationalisation, disputes resolution and whistleblowing framework, along with creating and implementing QFE and AML/CFT programs.• Motor Insurance Management, Credit Risk Management and undertaking the role of the Information Security and Privacy Officer which included implementation of COBIT / OCTAVE information security programs with compliance to ISO27002 security domain and COBIT framework.
