Projects included:SpaaS – SharePoint as a Service - Verified ~300 sites after upgrading from Sharepoint 2008 > 2013. Had a high level of coverage with a fast completion rate.Telerik – Setup ~100 websites to be scanned by an automated testing tool (Telerik Test Studio), created associated documentation and process and gave presentations to SIPS and IT Support teams.CMDB – Gathered information of all the current software applications, versions and servers in use by the department for use with future CMBD projects. Used NetTerrain, Visio, Wiki, MS SCCM & SCOM.

• Successfully installed and maintained the company’s Learning Management System (Studywiz) and associated tools onto hundreds of servers for hundreds of clients around the world remotely, supporting a variety of operating systems and server configurations including Windows, OSX and Linux• Wrote and updated software installation and upgrade guides• Tracked and resolved client jobs within the timeframe as defined by the client’s SLA• Maintained a history of the client’s server and software setup in the client tracking software• Performed helpdesk tasks when required by the Customer Service team• Helped plan, test and set up a 50 OSX server setup for a school community that could grow to support 50,000+ users including a 10 server MySQL Cluster database that had not been used for any clients before. Its performance matched our expectations and provided better performance than a 10 server non-cluster MySQL configuration

• Tested new and existing functionality in the company’s Learning Management System (Studywiz) on a variety of server configurations and via multiple browsers including mobile devices• Tested new requirements via exploratory testing, functional testing and performance testing using in-house software• Worked though a change of development methodologies from Waterfall to Agile• Performed load testing monitoring the server and software behavior and reporting the outcomes.
