I have always had an interest in technology and everything to do with it, having fixed problems for family and friends for many years. I’m a tinkerer and love to find out how things work. In my spare time I enjoy working on projects, mainly focusing on the Raspberry Pi and Synology NAS. Through this I am able to pick things up and learn quickly; which is essential especially in the technology industry as it is constantly evolving. My hobbies also include cooking and gardening, I have too many indoor plants.I currently work at FordhamIT as Director and IT Specialist. Fordham IT is modern, security conscious managed IT service provider. We provide fixed fee IT services and focus on proactive work. Our differentiating factor is that we become part of our client’s team and offer unlimited onsite and remote support. We focus on building a strong relationship to better assist and help them plan for the future.My position is diverse and covers a wide range of roles, including but not limited to, installation, upkeep and maintenance of computers, servers, networks and phone systems, administering Microsoft 365 and Gsuite, email and server migrations, engaging with and maintaining a portfolio of clients, solving complex problems and issues, and constantly evaluating and refining our technology and processes.
