Hi, I'm Jarrod, here’s a bit about my background:𝘏𝘖𝘞 𝘐𝘛 𝘈𝘓𝘓 𝘚𝘛𝘈𝘙𝘛𝘌𝘋I grew up in Louisiana with my younger sister. My father was in the Air Force so we moved frequently. Every few years we would hunt for a new home and I fondly remember sitting in real estate offices and going on home tours with my parents. Coming up in this dynamic environment taught me how to be adaptable and to make friends quickly. After my parents divorced, my mom worked long hours. I upped my social game by joining the speech club and running for class president. My mom bought me a computer and I honed my existing love for technology, convincing her to get me an AOL subscription! 𝘉𝘜𝘐𝘓𝘋𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘔𝘠 𝘍𝘐𝘙𝘚𝘛 𝘞𝘌𝘉𝘚𝘐𝘛𝘌In high school, I met a top producing real estate agent through my best friend’s parents. I got my first job as her executive assistant while still in high school, which offered exposure to the real estate business and the opportunity to show off my tech skills. I blew her competitors away by building her a website which performed very well, which was very uncommon at this time. She was definitely the first in her market to have a website, and I coded it all from scratch.𝘔𝘖𝘝𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘐𝘕𝘛𝘖 𝘙𝘌𝘈𝘓 𝘌𝘚𝘛𝘈𝘛𝘌I moved on to work for Computer Sciences Corporation, analyzing and editing software code leading up to Y2K. My project ended and I decided to pursue my bigger passion with a real estate license. I gravitated toward new and modern homes and quickly became a top seller in the new home community market.𝘚𝘌𝘓𝘓𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘕𝘌𝘞 𝘏𝘖𝘔𝘌𝘚In my 20 years as a licensed agent, I have helped 100's of families upgrade and elevate their lives through home ownership. My major accomplishments include selling and closing 304 new homes in <5 years and $103M+ in new homes in my last year alone.
