The pace of technological change is not only changing how people interact with the world, it is also changing people’s expectations of systems and organisations. I feel a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring that technology is used ethically and delivers meaningful outcomes. For me, this means that people must feel empowered to use a customer-focussed approach. I believe that diverse perspectives are an important tool regardless of where they are applied, be it the design of a solution or the delivery of an outcome.
