Responsibilities: I was asked to stand in as GM for 6 months as former GM had been redeployed to another brand, with another GM returning from maternity leave. Successfully led the Senior Leadership team representing sales, account management, operations, systems, marketing and finance, ensuring business goals were achieved each quarter and each discipline received the required support.
