Probity Web Marketing is natural progression from Probity Partners and was in response to the business becoming more and more focussed on the Internet. We decided that rather than resist it, we should embrace it and expand our offering. As Director, I oversee the future strategies, sourcing and developing our employees and contractors and dealing with clients. I enjoy working with Small Business Owners and helping them to realise the potential of the internet, so intend to always have some input into this area.

While working as a Business Advisor/Coach, I identified an opportunity to develop a Business that could help SME's with all their Business Services, ensuring that they get the best possible advice and support. Initially, I developed partnership agreements with Key Business Service Providers so that I could recommend these to SME's that required them. The long term vision is to bring these Services under the Probity Partners Banner and Management. This has already happened with the development of Probity Web and Print and my continued offering of Business Coaching.

After training by Icon Business Solutions, I started a Franchise as a Business Advisor/Coach, helping SME's grow their business. This involved working one on one with the Business Owners to develop an overall Business Strategy and Plan. I covered all aspects of Business from Financial Foundations to Marketing and Team Development. A part of my own marketing strategy was to present regular Workshops.;

After discovering a poor Culture among the staff, I restructured the Management Team by hiring new members and allocating Key Responsibilities. I further improved the culture by implementing new Procedures and Staff Training. This led to cost savings in Stock and Wages as well as improved Customer Service.

Within ALH, I worked at both the Hamilton Hotel and the Albany Creek Tavern. I began as an Assistant Manager charged with improving the Food Department and ended as a Relief Venue Manager in charge of all aspects of the Hotel and related Bottleshops. A large part of my brief during this time was Cultural Change as the Hotels developed new and improved ways of doing things.
