Talent Acquisition Partner
CurrentResponsible for business partnering and supporting hiring managers to source permanent and contractor hires and deliver MSP/RPO requirements for Crédit Agricole's Investment Bank (CA-CIB). This includes engaging Reed remote teams and third party agencies to both identify and attract talent. Talent Acquisition responsibilities• Working with Crédit Agricole (CIB) hiring managers to develop a robust attraction strategy.• Engaging both Reed recruiters and external suppliers to source active and passive candidates. • Head hunting candidates via direct sourcing, database searches, online tools and networking.• Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates for specialised/niche requirements. • Ensuring that we fill all vacancies according to SLA's and agreed business timescales.Client Relationship Management responsibilities• Building and developing close working relationships with Crédit Agricole (CIB) stakeholders to ascertain and understand past, current and future recruitment needs.• Providing market intelligence and sector trends to senior managers and stakeholders including D&I, candidate availability, salary banding, competitor news and current affairs.• Ensuring the establishment of strong client relationships at the appropriate level.Contractor Management responsibilities• Responsible for overseeing approximately 150 contractors within the organisation.• Ensuring recruitment data is accurately recorded accurately using ATS systems.• Ensuring all processes and procedures meet internal quality requirements.• Completing all administrative tasks and producing ad-hoc reports as required.
