Coordination and management of key Client Service processes to support the overall management of the Client Services team in Asia, Pacific and the Middle East.• Managed the Learning and Development, recognition, bonuses, knowledge sharing and training processes in the region, which includes offices in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, China, India, and Dubai • Analyzed forecasted 2012 revenue and expected compensation in region to determine hiring capability to meet yearly budget for the region • Organized and facilitated a regional resourcing strategy to foresee gaps in workload in region and plan short term employee transfers to work in other offices in region• Analyzed the impact of changes in bonus structure to foresee potential changes in pay considering different currencies, base pay, cost of living, and exchange rates• Guided new hires from regional offices through training program about Gallup’s management consulting research and science during their first month on the job• Built strong relationships with leaders around region in order to facilitate knowledge sharing strategy among all associates in the region via monthly conference calls• Successfully coordinated multiple management responsibilities working closely with the regional Client Services Director and his team of managers in the region• Compiled insightful analyses based on various metrics such as internal and external customer engagement, employee engagement, and productivity in the region• Responsible for calculating and communicating bonus structure and payouts in region• Led two sessions with lululemon athletica in Sydney, Australia focused on sharing insights, experience, and management tips about Gallup's Strengths research• Helped start the Sydney chapter of Gallup’s Community Builders group to support local charitable organizations focused education, leadership, youth & strengths
