• Developed an RFP and went to market for a Client Management System that met the needs of four not-for-profit agencies.
• Perform vendor review and selection, and submit recommendation proposal to extraordinary meeting of three CatholicCare agency boards.
• Having selected a suitable vendor and software, proceed with the implementation & configuration of the software across multiple agencies.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage & maintain the CMIS application for the consortium of four CatholicCare agencies.

• NETWORK REDESIGN PROJECTNetwork redesign project delivered multiple improvements & benefits to the agency:
• Delivered upgraded network links to 30+ office locations. Greatly increasing the bandwidth to each site in preparation for the below server consolidation project.
• For half of the office locations, implemented secondary network links in the event the primary link experienced network issues or disconnection. Business continuity for these larger sites was an agency first.
• Engaged in network architecture planning and review with the IT network provider and internal IT team.SERVER CONSOLIDATION PROJECTServer consolidation project delivered multiple improvements to the agency:
• Replaced aged infrastructure with new on-premise hosted solution
• Decommissioned existing data centre tenancy and established new data centre facility.
