Currently my work is centered in three major areas of expertise: Communications, Marketing Operations, and Program Management. Since 2020, I have worked as a Management Consultant in support of Executive Leaders and Director level clients (80% women and 50% POC), at both Accenture and Microsoft. I have helped them elevate their programs and their careers with targeted management and communications advising and support that fosters trust, transparency, and efficiency within their scope of influence. Through these engagements I have proven myself adept in strategizing for program optimization, framing complex and nuanced information for varied audiences, and collaboratively leading business rhythms across cross-functional, hybrid teams and partnership relationships.In August of 2024, my husband and I adopted a baby girl and I am enjoying paternity leave. I am also using this time to consider future career growth pathways. My passions include art, literature, urbanism, transit, gaming, sustainability, and protecting mother nature. When I return to work in early 2025, I want to do something that makes a positive impact in my community, or the world at large. Ideally, that would entail a leadership role at an organization with strong commitments to Environmental, Climate, and Social justice.
