As the Lean Manager at P&E Energy Production FI, I handle continues development topics at two production units (Lahdesjärvi & Lapua) and in Global Production Services.In my work I try to improve the whole delivery process with different stakeholders, improve production operations, minimize waste in different functions by using Lean tools (6S, VSM, Kaizen, Gemba, Visual Management, ...) and coach people about Lean to create continues improvement culture.Also as addition I work as the Global Implementation Owner of P&E Energy Production in Valmet's Leap Forward project. As the Quality Manager my job was to do continual improvement on the company’s different operations. Job included doing root cause analyses, claim handling, improving internal processes by PDCA-method (Plan-Do-Check-Act), creating process flowcharts/PFMEA/Control Plans/OPL, gathering different key performance indicators (KPI) to be used in action plans, taking LEAN/5S methods into use, doing audits, and also maintaining the company’s ISO 9001 quality management system.

In my work I was in daily contact with varies international suppliers about products, co-operation development issues and contract details. My job also included business development, purchasing and stock management of my responsibility area. In sales I worked as a technical support for our own sales people and customers, doing offer calculations and visiting different customers, finding correct solutions and doing product training.As a special project during years 2016-2017, I was in the lead position of defining and creating a new pipe assembly and welding production unit in Pirkkala. The project also included creating WPQR instructions for welding and certifying welders.

I worked as a project engineer at the Process Automation Systems-business line, doing international project executions and engineering for the Profiler products. My task was to take care of the delivery projects’ pneumatic-, hydraulic- and electric diagrams and also create the operation manuals for the projects. It was part of my work to be continuously in communication with clients and project managers abroad.During 29.8.2008 – 28.2.2009, I did my Master Thesis in addition to my project engineer’s tasks. My Master Thesis was about developing the engineering methods that were used in execution of delivery projects. For my Thesis, I developed projects’ documentation and engineering, and also standardized different projects’ parts. My work also included organizing and developing the project parts’ manufacturing and ordering process.

I worked as a foreman in the Centralized Automation and Mechatronics department. My area of responsibility was the factory area’s centralized automation and paper machines’ hydraulic problems and maintenance. I also took care of the departments’ orders and their follow-ups.

In Australia, I worked as a Trainee Service Engineer in two different paper factories. In my work I maintained the factories automation system, doing fault finding and updates to the system. My work also included manual maintenance work on the factories’ automation equipment.
