I am responsible for the overall account management function within Scotland, overseeing our key customers focusing on growth and retention. In addition to this I currently manage a portfolio of £38 million across a variety of customers and disciplines. Included in my portfolio are a number of FCm national & global accounts that require multi-national communication, supplier negotiations and detailed reporting. Responsibilities include implementing new business and business plans, constructing and revising service level agreements, negotiating specific supplier contracts, analysing and presenting on management information and generating communication programmes.

Currently managing a variety of Corporate Accounts with annual Travel spend of £1m to £12m. Included in my portfolio are a number of FCm National & Global Accounts that require Multi-National communication, supplier negotiations and detailed reporting. Responsibilities include implementing new business and business plans, constructing and revising Service Level Agreements, negotiating specific supplier contracts, analysing and presenting on management information and generating communication programmes.

Responsible for identfiying and targeting new business for Copthorne Aberdeen while maintaining exsisting business. Globally Account Managing major Oil & Gas companies for the Millennium Group. This would involve supplier negotiations not only for Aberdeen and the UK but for all key destinations internationally while maintaining and developing key client relationships on a Global basis.
