Acquired regional franchise rights in South East Asia and since July 2018 expanded into Singapore with 4 outlets, into Indonesia in December 2018 opened 65 Liang Sandwich Bar stores across the country, and in July 2021 opening first outpost in Manila, The Philippines. As head of overseas division, based on the fast growing in SEA region, lead, coach and guild fellow Liang Sandwich Bar country franchisees from other region, of South Korea, Vietnam, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany in business model, menu R&D, operating systems, cold-chain warehouse & logistic and shared resources. Lead brand expansion by initiating brand presence and facilitate franchise business model in Cambodia and Brunei and exhibited in China, United Arab Emirates, Ecuador, Indonesia, and Philippines. Facilitate and lead the rebranding exercise of Liang Crispy Roll across the region. Introduction of frozen products during MCO period (18th March 2020 till present) have also increased brand exposure and engagement with customers, with more than 13 millions pieces sold. Same business model is extended to Indonesia, Singapore and The Philippines.
