* Actively manage the exhibit staff by effectively presenting tasks and overseeing their day-to-day responsibilities. 
* Monitor each exhibit area, ensuring the smooth operation of the exhibit and skillfully solve problems in a quick and efficient manner.
* Listen and respond empathetically to any concerns or questions by staff members and patrons.
* Accurately report important information to management, serving as a liaison between team members and executives. 
* Record data and information regarding the exhibit for future analysis by management.

* In charge of keeping on court items & inventory stocked, organized & accessible at UCLA HTC/off-site storage unit & Staples Center locker rooms for players, training staff & management 
* Ensured workouts, practices & game-days are ran smoothly by keeping practice & game gear washed & set up 
* Responsible for collecting & packing all training staff, strength & conditioning, player & coaches equipment for road trip 
drop-offs & pick-ups 
* On game days, assist with visiting team’s needs such as locker room set up & bus loading/unloading 
* Responsible for interfacing directly with high-level talent, staff & executives: fielding all incidental requests to ensure constant day-to-day service, support & comfort at UCLA HTC & Staples Center
