Make outbound calls to existing and non-existing customers to discuss products and services with the intentions of up-selling or creating a new customer relationship. Main objective is to generate more revenue for the company and ensure the customer is well taking care of.

Shift leadPrimary duties comprise relief to on-duty Officers.Perform hourly tours of the premises to ensure safety and provide feedback to maintenance staff about faulty equipment. Monitor all CCTVs onsite. Verify identity and create employee and visitor badges. Report suspicious activities to police if necessary and contact fire department in case of a fire alarm. Finally, prepare daily activity reports for relieving officers.
