As someone passionate about understanding human behavior and helping others succeed, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at one point in time. My experience spans customer service, retail, and mentoring in the Rising Scholars Peer Mentor Program, where I’ve developed a motivational leadership style grounded in empathy and active listening. I’m a strong communicator who believes in the power of teamwork and strives to create supportive environments where people feel encouraged to grow.
