Feel very fortunate to have worked with many extraordinary people and teams through my career. Together we have been very successful in completing many challenging and interesting projects, overcoming many obstacles, while experiencing significant personal and professional growth in the process.This belief in people and teams begin from a fantastic childhood with a parent team that instilled in me hard work and a can do spirit; where my former supervisors paved the way for me to work my way through college; to being part of and led a small three-man team that did what everyone at the time said was impossible to develop a multi-product quotation system - after 19 years part of the system is being used; as part of a team of high-energy, high-tech consultants based out of Santa Clara, CA we successfully architect solutions for several high-tech companies; next the opportunity to work with a team to design and implement complex technologies for rail systems; and today I am working with teams to create, design, and sell new and exciting products.Foundations for my performance include effective communication skills, analytical skills, decision-making, strategic planning, selling, problem-solving, and the ability to energize people and teams to overcome problems and achieve success.Strong personal initiative, leadership, creativity, entrepreneurial, professionalism, forward-thinker, and positive attitude.
