At my current position I am also responsible for the back-end development ensuring that our CRM system is running seamlessly, this involves editing business forms, workflows, and dropdown answers. I also create unique reports for senior management and aid in financial reconciliations.Additionally, I am also responsible for all aspects of recruitment, from writing job adverts through to onboarding, for a company with over 150 employees. This has continued to develop my writing and communication skills as I have had to ensure that the job advert is appealing and applies to the demographic we wish to advertise to.

Whilst at Speedy, my responsibilities included the following:Working as part of a small, close team to prepare and conduct internal audits for the various divisions, international joint ventures, and subsidiaries of Speedy Services.Completing audits, which consisted of learning the client's key processes, testing these processes, analysing the results, and presenting the findings to senior management.Learning and using various systems ranging from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Axapta 12, the company's transaction recording system.Business development projects. These were completed by working with other graduates to provide sector relevant solutions to the transport and communication problems posed. Each project was presented to the Executive Board.Internal Management. I developed on this by completing an 18-month course designed to identify and train managers of the future. The course focused on leadership and management theory and skills, emotional intelligence training and scenario training.Together with my day-to-day role I also completed my training for 27001 (Information Security), 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and 500001 (Energy Management) audits.
