I founded Jarvis Education Ltd back in 2023 after a career as a teacher, school leader and HMI. My aim at the time was to do something I love but to also find a little more time for all those other things outside of work. It didn’t quite go to plan! Instead, the last year and a half have been the busiest I can remember. The problem? I can’t say no! I want to help make things better for children & young people. It’s been so busy that I decided to expand and start working with a network of consultants who are helping me on my mission to support as many children & young people as possible. So, what do we do? Well, we are specialist school improvement and executive search partners. We conduct reviews, quality assurance visits, school improvement visits, side-by-side development work, coaching and training. We also support our clients to fill leadership vacancies through our executive search/headhunting solution. I like to think we’re a bit different in our approach. We're personable, develop positive relationships and, at the same time, offer challenge and support in equal measures to support our clients on their mission to improve the life chances of children and young people.
