Day to day administration of the Airlines computer Network.Novell and NT networks.Support regional staff at Airports including Travel Agencies with “Airline Link Control” (ALC) equipment which include Dumb Terminals, Controllers, Message, Boarding and Ticket Printers connected to the Ansett Merlin reservations system in Melbourne across a Wide Area Network.

Help Desk support on Novell Network related problems, user accounts, printing and file problems.

Day to day administration of Novell and NT Networks on various Hotel and Resort sites.Problem solving of Hotel interfaces, i.e. Fidelio, Movielink, PABX, Point of Sale etc.

Responsible for 5 campus’s, (2 remote) of the schools computer Novell network.

Responsible for Finance Division Computer Network.In-house training of all Finance Staff, (Train the Trainer qualified).Novell networks.
