As Completion Engineer-Mechanical Completion Package Scoping by System, Subsystem and Discipline as per Milestone, Discipline and Vendor Package. (Instrument, Electrical and Mechanical Package)-Coordinate with disciplines to get the System component lists populated in PROCOSYS – Project Completion System-Review and compile engineering deliverables-Coordination to Client, Vendors and Subcontractors about Engineering Documents/TOD issues.-Handling the Punch List and Turnover activities Using the Project Completion System (PROCOSYS)-Ensure Punchlist are completed and signing this off to Project Completion Database.-Turnover Documents preparation and final checks prior to Client System Take Over.As Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning Engineer-Responsible for interacting with Company and Contractor Quality and Construction teams to ensure that all systems are mechanically complete prior to Hand Over to the Start-Up Team.-Coordination with construction section for the release of test pack and system completion prior to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities-Witness and checks pre-commissioning checklist prior to cold commissioning.-Supports project in working closely with Contractor’s construction teams in tracking Mechanical Completion to Start-up transition in order to realize a timely and systematic commissioning campaign.-Responsible for the calibrations and testing of the miscellaneous instrumentations of the Test Facilities. Preparation of Request for Inspection and Testing, Including day to day directcoordination with Client’s Representative for the smooth execution andimplementation of inspection activities. Review and assure implementation of project standards (SABIC, NEC, ANSI and ISA) infield works. Ensure the installation works done by contractors are as per specifications. Monitors and witnesses Instrument Calibration, Installation, Testing, Instrument LoopChecking and Sequence Testing. Planning and preparation of Loop Folder (Instrument Test Package) for Crack GasFurnace, Machhi Boilers and Balance of Plant(BOP)
