I'm a team-worker, use to dealing with a bunch of juniors in a limited resources. I very much welcome an attention to detail and focus on purpose. I prefer horizontal hierarchy with small teams, and highly value the freedom of ideas. I love to encouraging people to self-improving in our art\tech domain. 3D Generalist, Art LeadSkadex Oct 2020 - PresentMinsk, BelarusFull-pipeline 3D graphics development and art direction for mobile games. Git maintaining and projects architecture.Skadex team was initially a part of IDA Technologies. Over time, it became necessary to get independence to grow without poor management bounds. So we got sepparated from IDA and shortly entered into HTP Belarus. We are still workig with Say Games on hybrid casual mobile games like before. -
3D Generalist, Art LeadIda Technologies Oct 2020 - Jul 2022Minsk, BelarusFull-pipeline 3D graphics development and art direction for mobile games (Skadex division). Git maintaining and projects architecture. At first I was staying away from hyper casual mobile direction, cose it seemed to me so primitive and inappropriate to my skills. I was still working at Loona, when CEO & co-founder Skadex Team approached me looking for 3D generalist who will be good enough to lead art team and show the right way to achieve Say Games graphics style and quality. I was determined to make the most of that and to carefully work out the personal highlights that Loona's case showed to me. By the time situation with RainForce Team, is my own independent gamedev initiative, revealed to me a vast of problems. And I really wanted to see how an already formed young company have to deal with it.So many thing was built from scratch, starting with graphics dev pipeline and art direction, stack of engine's plugins and tools (Unity), and ending with prototyping approaches and assets library organization with git and cloud drives. So my tech background appeared to be more useful than ever. I've began to grow more like tech artist. And in addition to this I started to understand hyper\hybrid casual market further more than before. -
Art Lead & Sound ComposerRainforce Team Oct 2015 - Oct 2021BelarusGame development, art direction, team leading & mentoring.RainForce Team is a big part of my life already, and will be more bigger and successful in a future I hope. Back in 2015 we were just a group of friends with common interest in game dev, and lack of commertial experience. We were trying to push our ideas in hackatones and competitions like Garage 48, DevGamm, Game Jam and Imagine Cup by Microsoft. Our team wasn't "the sharpest tool in the shed", that's for shure. Nevertheless we've gained valuable experience and useful connections, before startup movement in Belarus came to naught. It was the time, when my hard and soft skills was taking on their wideness and depth.Until now we still operating like a team informally, even though each of us already have a full-time position in gamedev.

3D ArtistLoóna Jul 2020 - Oct 2020Minsk, BelarusFull-pipeline creation of 3D dioram scenes on Unity for Loòna app by AR Squad.Very cool pros that gave me such an interesting experience. This opportunity caught me in a bad mental condition, and I had high hopes for it to help me feel better. Life taught me cope with stress well, but year of 2020 was doing it too roughly here in Belarus. I fitted into that position quiet well with my hard skills. However, situation around me cut off my productivity severely. But I always try to use any of crisis to push myself to the new level, whilst the world and people around kinda set to forced pause. In Loona I found a sort of mirror of myself: one side is distorted, while other side too honest. And I took from that experience not only good examples of tech and art decisions, graphics dev pipeline, git maintaining and service architectural design, but also understanding where and how you should to improve yourself, your work methods, and how you shouldn't act with people inside your own art team. -
3D Artist7Tam Feb 2020 - Apr 2020Minsk, BelarusStartup. Mobile & WEB apps. This small startup company needed skilled 3D generalist who knows how to build beautiful mobile graphics. But they absolutely didn't know what they want and how to manage that kind of projects (truly web design guys). I was ones, who had an idea "how" and vision "what", but lack of experience and patience to convey my message. Despite the fact that I already had startup and 3D mentoring cases at that moment, we've failed in mutual understanding. Shortly after I left the company, they closed 3D design direction. However in the end of 2021 they showed some sings of life. Good to know the company continue their undertakings.

Frontend DeveloperОдо "Gt-Systems" Oct 2017 - Feb 2019BelarusWeb front-end development & content management. The bright example that is not all companies are good and honest. it was (badly) paid (voluntarily-forced) practice after college that got me in here. And exactly here I've done with web front-end completely and lead myself to the gamedev so longing for.

3D\2D ArtistFreelance Sep 2012 - Feb 2019EuropeCreating 3D assets (models, textures), 2D illustrations and concept-arts.My first commercial experience requiring not only hard, but also soft skills. What your client need to? What the purpose? How to develop and maintain trusting relationship, and do not be tricked by dishonest customers? That experience put the brick to my future "essence of the generalist" wall. Despite the fact that my rate and cases were quite small and irregular by the standards of the market. It's sad but all of us began to face difficulties those years here in Belarus. So freelance got to slowing down, and external investments stumbled at politics by the end of 2019 completely.

Sound ComposerFreelance Apr 2013 - Sep 2016EuropeCreating soundtracks and musical themes.Music always been, and will be a sunny part of my soul. Those years had been very productive before my priorities changed. I wrote almost two album of instrumental music in mixed genres (metal, sympho, electronic) and learned a lot about sound recording and sound production. It is worth mentioning that I'm skilled vocalist with concert experience, and playing guitar and piano.
