-Receive, handle, dispense, and distribute chemicals and field samples including transfer of materials to suitable containers and separation of materials by physical or mechanical means.-Receive, handle, and distribute consumable supplies and specialty equipment including verification of package contents and documentation of damaged/missing items.-Maintain inventory documents and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) catalog utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Reader and Acrobat, web-based Smartsheet®, and other web-based storage.-Identify hazards of chemicals and field samples for proper handling and storage techniques in accordance with SDS recommendations and requirements as set by regulatory agencies such as OSHA and Harris County Fire Marshal.-Maintain waste containers in lab spaces and waste storage in accordance with RCRA regulations.-Provide bi-monthly written summaries of outgoing waste streams.-Provide laboratory support including removal/transfer of chemicals and waste materials to/from lab spaces and spill response/remediation within all areas of the building.-Maintain safe and clean work environment in all workspaces including bench tops, floors, storage shelves and cabinets, and trash receptacles.-Responsible for security and shut-down procedures each work day, weeks end, and before holiday closures.-Verify and respond to stock inquiries by providing availability and usage summaries to laboratory personnel, research supervisors, and other supply chain staff.Work Environment-This position operates in laboratory facilities, chemical and waste storerooms, and receiving area/loading docks.-Required handling of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals.-High temperature and high pressure equipment within laboratory spaces.

-Handle all logistics involved with the pilot plant operations.-Receive/ship biomass and other chemicals feedstock-Manage biomass and chemicals inventory-Move and load biomass feed into pilot plant -Move and load feeds of other chemicals into the pilot plant-Change cylinders/Replenish chemicals as needed -Collect and dispose pilot plant waste material -Assist “process operator” with their responsibilities under their supervision.-Handling hazardous chemicals: Strong Acids and Bases, SO2, Acetaldehyde -Work in a team with 2 other “Process operators” to ensure smooth functioning of the pilot plant operations.

-Responsible for managing high dollar equipment for lab owners on site.-Removal of old, not used, or damaged equipment out of labs-Auction various items cars, fire trucks, lab equipment-Collect large equipment with forklift and flatbed truck-Ship and receive storage items and equipment globally -Record/Inventory all items and equipment in Excel or SWISS application-Pick up of any items that are no longer used or do not need with approval of lab owners.-Manage all stored items and equipment.-Disposal of any equipment approved by upper management.-Coordinate electrical & auction loads for example car, forklifts, lab equipment, etc.-Clear out buildings as requested through customers.

-Manage a group between three and six employees-Receiving shipments in with forklift such as oil drums, chemicals, and heavy equipment-Deliver packages with flatbed truck, bike, or mobile cart-Inspect various oil samples, chemicals, or hazardous material-Escort heavy equipment around the property-Operate Backhoe/Track hoe, Dozer, Boom Truck, Rough Terrain Forklift, Wheel/Overhead Cranes under 50 tons.-Shipping and Receiving Coordinator-Pack and process shipping labels and bill of laden. -Receive packages from various couriers using code scanner. -Open and inspect items with packing list and quantities. -Label packages and review location for in-house delivery. -Load and off load shipments using forklift. -Inspect and tagging of equipment being mobile on site for various contractors. -Work under permit once the job is not in our S.O.P. -Complete field level assessments

-Removed coating from parts with acids such as hydrochloric, phosphoric, and acetic.-Build acid tanks for stripping metal coatings-Inspection of quality on parts with spray penetrate to expose cracks or damaged parts -Grit blasting-Masking parts using lacquer and wax-Heat treating up to 380 degrees-Dis-assembly of 1st stage and 2nd stage nozzles-Chemical Spill clean up
