Beyond that, I maintain ongoing relationships and engagement with these brands, adapting to their evolving needs. My role also involves collaborating on system best practices and optimising touch points to minimise churn. Furthermore, I provide comprehensive product training to our brand partners, ensuring user success and satisfaction.

I managed the World Manager LMS, prioritizing a seamless and engaging learner experience and streamlining product training nationwide.Additionally, I developed and managed a specialised external barista program with site audits and compliance checks, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and product quality.
