I led the Customer Support team to maintain a customer satisfaction rating in the upper 90th percentile even in times of major transition. This was achieved through our empathetic, detail-oriented approach to supporting customers as well as through our high attention towards process improvements, which benefited our own team and other teams that we collaborated with and which allowed us to work more efficiently for our customers.

I had the privilege of teaching a couple of classes of elementary students at one of the LEARN Charter School campuses in the westside of Chicago. Not only was this a rewarding opportunity to connect with the little people that were my students, but I also worked to establish efficient routines and processes in my classrooms that would enhance students' joy and productivity. I was endorsed by Princeton University to conduct research in Kenya analyzing the efficacy of development communications there. This entailed organizing, witnessing and participating in the intriguing practice of theater for development, the use of performing arts to deliver relevant messages for societal improvement. I was able to analyze its strengths in communicating messages around sexual health and sanitation habits to people in marginalized communities.
