Automation and digitalisation of agriculture is the future of world farming. I am a graduate student at Clemson University, USA, contributing my efforts, skills and knowledge in research for agricultural field robotics as modern farming practises. Uplifting the learnings from undergrad, I am trying to introduce myself to the modern technologies and softwares for autonomous, reliable and precise farming operations using sensors, microcontrollers, image processing & data analysis tools and decision making systems, along with the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to increment my skillset and knowledge. I aim to serve the world with innovative and modern technologies for autonomous agricultural operations to solve the issues related to low accuracy, longer duration, shortage of labour and resources. My plans are to promote the use of AI technologies and machine learning in Ag. operations and decision support systems for managing the agricultural lands remotely with UAV’s, UGV’s, optical and other ag. sensors, aided with GNSS, GIS and remote sensing technologies. May these efforts result in betterment of human health, enhanced production, better soil quality, efficient resource management and precise results. Be Happy Always.
