With over three years of experience as a Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I provide support for customers using various services on AWS, such as EC2, EBS, ElastiCache, and CloudWatch. I leverage my expertise in cloud computing, system administration, and system automation to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions for thousands of customers around the world.Before joining AWS, I worked as a Siri Production Engineer and a Siri Dev Ops intern at Apple, where I gained valuable skills in Site Reliability and devops areas. I deployed and maintained fleets of servers and worked across multidisciplinary teams to improve reliability, insight, and monitoring of systems on a global scale. I also developed internal tooling, automated workflows, created and updated documentation, and performed on-call responsibilities for globally distributed applications.
