While doing that I also actively recruit to build a solid pipeline of candidate and fill current openings.• Full life cycle recruiting with specialized focus on data warehousing technologies –, Informatica, ETL, data modeling, , data analyst, SAS etc. Also recruiting for client partner, HR administrators, HR manager, office administrator, java,.net, BA, PMs etc.• Help company acquire new logo clients by placing hard to fill positions in short span of time.• Roll out offer letters, employment agreements, insurance info to both onshore and offshore candidates.• Technical screening to validate the candidates experience vs the clients’ requirements and submitting to the client.• Sourcing through referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and other internet mediums• Maintain active bench of candidates for both contract and fulltime hire.• Create job descriptions for new direct client needs.• Deliver information on status, recruiting initiatives, and goals through weekly meetings and mid-year and annual meetings. • Maintain a database of all the candidates interviewed and update it regularly.• Manage and negotiate online resources and subscriptions for sourcing purposes such as LinkedIn, Dice.com etc.• Manage online job postings using job boards, social media and user groups.• Arranging for drug screen and mailing out the kit along with chain of custody forms.• Onboarding the onshore candidates and explaining company policies and processes in detail.

• Joining Formalities: Responsible for new employees joining (joining kit & educational/other documents).• Relieving /Exit Process: Making exit process & Exit interview, exit feedback form.• Recruitment: Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for the internal team and clients.• Sourcing: Sourcing/data mining from various Job Portals viz. Naukri.com, Monster, and Referrals.• Interviews: Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview as well as Personal interaction with the candidate to understand their skill sets and area of interest.• MIS: Preparing monthly, weekly MIS reports on excel sheet.• Documentation: taking care of complete documentation of new joiners e.g: internal & clients.• Coordination: with candidates/employees, with HR Spoc. /Coordinator/ TL / Manager for related work & Co-ordination for walk-in drives.• Back Ground Verification: collecting all related documents for new joiners (for internal & external), check & sharing complete data for BGC to Vender and internal team.
