My primary responsibility is managing the financial framework. This consists of long term business and financial planning, management of financial risks, managing and improving cashflow and financial reporting. I also work closely with management to give leadership and direction for the finance and accounting team.With over 25 years of experience in a range of sectors including Retail, Energy, Distribution, Property and FX, I have led the successful implementation of systems and operational processes to drive organisational change and improvement.Having worked with organisations and teams of all sizes (Turnover £20m - £1bn), I now use my highly transferable skills to help SME’s and startups build efficient finance operations and to provide invaluable financial insight with the aim of facilitating sustainable business growth.Additionally, I am a Trustee and Treasurer at CLAPA, a UK charity which supports individuals born with cleft lip and palate.
