 Ensuring that all sellers are on boarded on time with proper documentation. Content uploaded on time & sellers go live on website to get sales. Managing the inbound & email process for sellers & ensuring that all issues & emails are replied within the TAT. Managing the seller performance team & ensuring that seller are dispatching quality products within the TAT & have good fulfilment rate. Ensuring suspension based on seller performance and QC. Managing the cancellation process & ensuring that cancellation is low, dropped down the cancellation from 33% to 18%. Piloted the Same day delivery & took the SDD dispatch to AVG 87%/month.

 Handling a Team of 25 members for delivery, pickup and warehouse operations. Kept storage area dirt free and neat. Inventory Management - to analyze Stock, fix and maintain within required stock levels. Monitoring stocks in and out operations. Managing the stock storage and assigning appropriate locations.

 Handling a Team of 20 members for Provisioning. Ensure to resolve all the issue escalated from customers within SLA. Coordinating with QRC Team for closing all SR’s for planned and unplanned outage within SLA.

 Handling a Team of 30 members - Collections team & Retentions Team. Manage the entire Retentions process and ensuring the monthly rentals are paid by the customers on time and thereby achieving the required targets Managing the churn process and ensuring that churn is low and active base movement of customers is always stable by resolving their queries and issues as per the SLA.
