From July, 2023- Working as Founder Engineer, Solution Architect, and Engineering Manager to build a headless API platform with Applied AI (LLM).- I am building a platform as well as a highly aspiring team of passionate Engineers from scratch.Until June, 2023- I managed teams for two business streams in #Oneshop.- Responsible for leading and managing technical stream for platform-level initiatives.- Total team size was 40 which is composed of junior engineers, senior engineers, and leads from all fronts - FE, BE, and QA.- I mentor fellow leads and team members towards their career growth.- Active contributor to the product initiatives and ideation.

- Working in Oneshop, to onboard fixed broadband, TV, and landline lines of business to the B2C/B2B multitenant e-Commerce stack.- I lead a cross-functional team of around 25 Engineers (BE, FE, and QA).- I work closely with central architecture and product teams to give shape to new business ideas.- I am also responsible for Oneshop's production platform stability. I work rigorously to constantly innovate and optimize physical architecture.

- Worked on Oneshop, a multi-tenant e-commerce platform live in 5 countries through services running from a single code base and single physical deployment.- Lead team of around 20 BE engineers for Oneshop product.- Architect the solutions to complex problems like sales-inventory, pricing, metrics coming on the way.- Worked closely with central architecture and product team.

- Developed Oneshop and e-Commerce platform from scratch.- Oneshop is a multitenant product that is completely customizable through CMS.- Implement the core platform capabilities required to support multitenancy.- Developed core microservices(sales catalog, shopping cart, order, inventory) of the platform.

While working for more than a year now in the space of Applied AI, we feel that this tech curve is changing fast and we must start sharing our learnings with the community. - Worked on UPI services stabilization.- Enhanced logging to reduce customer queries resolution time.- Introduced SignalFx metrics for UPI service monitoring and alerting

- Moved Airtel#Thanks app's postpaid, prepaid, broadband LOB to a common selfcare stack for app and web without any impact on business.- On the selfcare stack Introduced spring boot, spring cloud services: spring-cloud-config server, spring-cloud-eureka, spring-cloud-ribbon.- Without any impact on business migrated services from WebLogic to spring-boot microservices.- Developed seamless broadband change plan activations using JMS based queue (SOLACE)

- Developed https://www.airtel.in/s/selfcare from scratch.- Worked on postpaid and prepaid LOB. Solved complex problems of online change plan, international roaming, prepaid recharges.- Developed performant solutions on the top of legacy CRM using Aerospike cache grid.- Introduced microservices for the first time in the airtel eco-system.- Through the production latency problems learnings, worked on making digital selfcare stack as a fault-tolerant with the use of Hystrix circuit breaker.

- I had been one of the initial members of the Engineering community at Airtel X Labs.- Developed core platform capabilities for logging, caching, exception handling, etc.- Developed and released airtel/in acquisition journey for postpaid in a record span of 1 month.- Integrated postpaid CRM lead system to airtel.in

- I had started my career as a BE engineer from here.- Worked on customer and admin portal for Oxford Health Plans.- Tried my hands in Java, Spring, Struts, SQL, IBM websphere.- Created many tools to help admins and ease out operational hassles.
