Responsible for supporting sales operations management across 32 Account Managers and Account Directors responsible for Telecoms customers across Europe, Russia and Africa. Managing and executing activities related to planning, organising, reporting, tools, systems, processes, procedures and communications. Investigating current sales processes and policies and effectively communicating the analysis and strategic recommendations to both sales and operations management. The overall aim being to improve the efficiency of the sales team and automate processes such as customer licence inventory systems.

Responsible for all license support renewals revenue across Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa Region (NEMEA). Directing & managing a team of nine staff across the UK, Benelux and the Nordics to ensure that revenue and contract value targets are met. Central point of escalation for sales, finance and legal departments for all renewals in NEMEA region. Reporting directly to the EMEA Director of Support Services.

Renewing support contracts within the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Middle East and Benelux regions to meet specified annual Contract Value targets and quarterly Revenue targets. A Client facing role, working alongside the product sales team.

Specialized in selling software licensing programmes to corporate clients. Good knowledge of licencing programmes for most vendors including Microsoft, IBM, Symantec, Adobe.

Worked as part of the Inside Sales Team supporting a Field Sales Manager with sales of software for major vendors including Microsoft, Novell, IBM, Symantec.
