Jasdeep has more than 35 years experience in all aspects of General Insurance Business.He initiated the Bancassurance business for MBf Group in the early 80's and also help developed businesses for AIG with Strategic Alliances including SCB, CitiBank, Southern Bank.AAM and Courts Mammort.He was also key in the development of Personal Lines business as well as Agency recruitement and development for AIG. He is currently dealing with training requirement for corporate clients such as EtiQa , Maybank, Public Bank, MII ,MAA, Open University, RHB ,OAC, Lonpac and Symphony Berhad. He is now focusing on international market handling training needs in Brunei , Iran and Indonesia.He is also finalising a business plan for sales through the bancassurance channel for one of the largest insurer Malaysia.Jasdeep has a distinction for his MBA program with University of Wales and is now persuing his PhD on Distribution Management at University Malaysia Sarawak. Currently Jasdeep is engaged by Etiqa Academy as a consultant to build their modules and exchange experiences with both staff and trainers . He is also responsible to structure the academy in line with the growth and competencies of trainers and staff development
