Development of Release Link Trunk feature for the H323 VOIP Telecom product for Enterprise Switch Design and development of the Release Link Trunk feature between Carrier and Enterprise switch. This feature involves optimizing of the signaling path of VoIP trunks during call forward, call transfer and conference scenarios.Responsibilities:* Design and Implementation of the state machine which handles optimization of H323 Trunks during feature invocation and using H323 Radvision stack APIs.* Writing testcases and executing unit, integration testcases in real-time environment.* Sustenance of this project at verification stage.Environment: C++, H323, VxWorks, Ecube

Design of a protocol engine for network entities like Signaling Gateway, Media Gateway controller embedded in NetTest Interwatch board. Design of Media Server for deploying different media services such as announcements and ivr using MGCP. The project also involved developing test tool for testing above application. Responsibilities:* Design and implementation of the Test Tool for the MGCP for testing the Media gateway. It was designed to test both the voice and signaling. It supports various modes Manual, Load Generation and Script Mode. Even testing with the MGCP Phone was supported. Azala GGSN Router using IXP1200 Network Processor. This project involves the development of 2G+ GGSN router for wireless GPRS Network. Responsibilities:1. Study and design of the different PLMN Interfaces.2. Implementation for the Interface between the GGSN and HLR using MAP on sigtran.3. Implementation of the Interface between the GGSN and the SGSN using GTP protocol.4. The new protocol was introduced between the user plane and the data plane of the GGSN called GTPcv.5. The router besides doing the PDN conversion was also supporting features DHCP, ARP, and MIP andlower layer Sigtran layers.
